> As organizations globalize and the workforce becomes more diverse, it is increasingly important to understand why some individuals function more effectively than others in culturally diverse situations <

IBI has developed tailored solutions to improve leader and organisation effectiveness across cultures.

IBI Leadership Coaching supports a process of individual development designed to stimulate insight into your potential, and to increase your effectiveness when doing business across cultures. As an anchor point in this process, IBI Leadership Coaching offers you the opportunity to assess your intercultural competences through the Intercultural Readiness Check (IRC), an internationally recognised feedback tool that focuses on four vital intercultural competences: Intercultural Sensitivity, Managing Uncertainty, Intercultural Communication, and Building Commitment. The IBI coaching process will support you in identifying your strengths, expanding your communication repertoire, and fostering effective and constructive relationships across cultural boundaries.

The approach is business and result-oriented. Through professional coaching, our coaches will support you in articulating your personal development plan with clear and actionable steps. You will learn how to increase your influence in cross-cultural settings and reach ambitious business goals.

Our coaches have decades of experience working with leaders and managers from different countries. They have extensive international working experience, have supported global companies in managing their talents around the world, and work according to high professional and ethical standards.
